OUR JOURNEY

Mr Barlow was born in 1876. and you will notice that he is a bit old fashioned. He'll tell you that he's had an interesting life but...you know what old people are like. He spent hours and hours refining the words which make up the bulk of the songs, to be presented to Patrick, who gleefully removed half the words.
Mr Cull was born a little over a century earlier in 1768. Mr Cull, as you will notice has had quite a hard life. He started digging the canals before moving onto on to complete the railways. Traitor!
Sometime in the late Twentieth Century he gave out plasters in the South African bush, before finally reaching the heights of a desk in the Twenty - First. He mucked around for bloody ages, composing the songs, then recording them, mixing and mastering.
Mr Barlow and Mr Cull met whilst working at a top accountancy firm in the City, despite neither of them being accountants. They both live on their own boats full time with or without girlfriends (in the case of Mr Barlow). There are several cats and dogs and they 'continually cruise' the British Waterways with about thirty years on the cut between them.
